“Claire is a professional coach, she pushes and encourages you to achieve the goals you have set for yourself. For me personally, it was the first time I had used a personal trainer, I was used to doing sport in a gym following classes. But with Claire everything was simpler, she knew how to select the exercise I needed to lose my small bun or to firm up my arms... after 2 months of training twice a week, the results became known.

DiscoverMum was founded in 2020, initially to help new parents navigate a complicated system of doctors, hospitals and schools. The child focused element of the company offers enrichment services for children aged 6 months to 10 years old, and educational and life skills support for accompanying adults.
